I navigate this life feeling happy and content with what I have and where I am going. I practise with care, love and abundance. I try to stay away from patterns, forms and illusions of the mind.

STANDING UP FOR YOUR BODY
Yoga is for everybody. I understood this the hard way. I have fallen into dark places many times where I felt unwanted, unsafe and judged. Many times I had to stand up for my body's perfectly imperfections and shout: "I can do this as well. I am here". I encourage my students to explore their own physical and mental abilities and write their own stories on and off their yoga mats.
