Thania's classes are BY FAR the most profound ones I have experienced. The level in which she takes you through each stage is great. I really feel energized and relaxed at the same time with each yoga session.
Practising yoga means getting to know your physical and mental body. You learn to move and breathe in a way that works for you. Every session is different, and every day you feel different. Ayurveda comes to teach us about balance and prevention.

I am an experienced Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Consultant & Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. I finished my teacher training with Lara Baumann in 2011 before training as an Ayurvedic Consultant in 2014. I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
